BEAR is Hiring!

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Full Time, 35 hours/week, $19 - $21/hr

Starting immediately, this position will be responsible for working with the executive director to ensure all programming goals are met. Work with the programming team to offer after school groups (Mondays & Thursdays), once monthly weekend trips, occasional overnight trips and 1 on 1 youth mentoring. Applicants must be available during youth programming hours to qualify. Summer programming and schedules are typically Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday support. Qualified applicants will have a positive and friendly personality, proven ability to build rapport with youth and adults, and be able to engage participants in a fun and educational experience. Strong communication and safety assessment skills are required, as well as proven experience working with youth in the outdoors.

OFFICE AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

The position is 20 Hours/week average and the pay is $15-$17 per hour.

This position is open until filled and on a first come, first served basis.
