2026 Summer Camp Registration is Open!

To sign up for Venture Out Day Trips:

Decide which camps you want to sign up for and complete the inquiry form below.
Wait for an email confirmation that will detail the camps your youth is registered for, total fees due, a link to the registration packet and additional information about each camp.
Mail trip fees to: PO Box #1904, Hamilton, MT 59840.
Print and fill out the registration packet.
Bring the completed registration packet on the first day of camp.

Please note the following: Filling out the inquiry form does NOT ensure enrollment in camps. Please wait for a confirmation that your youth has been successfully registered. Youth must have a completed registration packet in order to participate in the activities. Fees must be paid prior to the date of the trip.

Prefer a smaller group? BEAR also offers 1:1 mentoring.

At BEAR physical and emotional safety are our primary concerns. Our instructors go through background and reference checks, and are experienced at working with youth. In addition to taking our own safety measures, your child will have the opportunity to learn his/her own safety precautions.
